You add money to your Cliq account by using any one of the payment options. Each option has a fee attached. List below shows payment option and fee charged:

You need any Flow (LIME) cell phone to purchase products from Cliq using text message.

All Text messages should be sent to 4444213.

 

Yes, you can purchase products two other ways:

 

  1. Using the website through Web Login.
  2. Cliq App.

 

*Both require internet.

 

Make contact with Cliq Support and request the App be emailed to you.

Please note the App is only for Android devices. The app can be used with Digicel and Flow (LIME) cell phones and tablets.

Password is the same one used for web login.

Cliq App:

  1. Click the direct top up image or the word Topup at the top of the page.
  2. Enter the information requested in each box.
  3. Click the Topup button.

 

Web Login: 

  1. Click the make a top up picture.
  2. In the recipient box enter the phone number you want to top up.
  3. Enter pin in the box below.
  4. Click LIME or Digicel directly below Pin box.
  5. Please select based on what the customer says.

  6. Click nothing else. (Please note for direct top up DO NOT click any e-pin options.)
  7. Go to the amount box and enter the cash you want to send.
  8. Press the send button.

 

Press the send button.

 

Do not re-send the short command instead Use the Standard Command.

Please note if you re-send the short command it would register as a duplicate.

 

The short command does not work with ported numbers (numbers that have switched network) at first. After using the Standard command for the number you can go back to using the short command.

 

 

 

There is a waiting period in place of 15 minutes for Digicel numbers and 45 minutes for Flow (LIME) numbers.

Options to get around the waiting period:

 

  1. Use a different option to send the credit. So if the first time you used the short command next time use the standard command (buy command) or vice versa.
  2. Send $1 more.
  3. Send $1 less.

 

Digicel – D100, D108, D120, D200, D500, Dx1000

Flow (LIME) - L100, L200, L500

 

Please limit the use of these vouchers as much as possible to times when:

 

1. Sending direct top up by the standard command does not go through.

2. You receive the message Product ddtu is currently inactive for sale.

3. You receive the message Product ldtu is currently inactive for sale.

 

Please note that the products are not connected to each other, that is ddtu may not be going through or inactive while ldtu is working and vice versa.

Web Login:

  1. Click the make a top up picture .
  2. In the recipient box enter the phone number you want to send the voucher to.
  3. Enter pin in the box below.
  4. Select the voucher you wish to send by clicking the matching Digicel e-pin or LIME e-pin.
  5. Go to the amount box and enter how many of the voucher you want to send (example 1).
  6. Press the send button.

 

Please note Flow e-pins are for Flow prepaid Home phones

Please note Digi-Flex and super WIFI are not for cell phone top up and should not be selected.

 

There is a waiting period in place.

If necessary to get around this you can use one of the following:

  1. Send a voucher of a different amount

 

  2.Send the vouchers at the same time:

     Buy 1234 L100 2 3456768

 

  3.Allow vouchers to come to your lime phone and then add to the customer’s phone.

     Send the following text message to have the voucher come to your phone:

     Text Format: Buy pin ProductCode amount

     Example: Buy 1234 L100 1

 

FLOW (LIME) allows you to do this by dialling following from your phone:

*129# then press SEND

FLOW (LIME) will respond with a message providing options. Choose the option top up and then select the option other phone.

 

Digicel allows you to do this by dialling the following from your phone:

*125*CustomerNumber# then press SEND

Example: *125*18763334245#

 

Dekal is used to provide data credit for both Digicel and Flow (LIME) cell phones.

The vouchers go by period and not Megabytes (data).

So a one day plan lasts for the day no matter how much data you use.

Make sure your area is covered before purchasing a voucher.

Do this by searching for available Wi-Fi networks and ensuring Dekal Super Wi-Fi is in the list.

 

Digi-Flex is used to activate a data plan for Digicel modems or cell phones.

For a listing of Digicel data plans available make contact with Digicel through their website, customer care (100).

Digicel allows you to activate a plan by dialling*147# then press SEND OR *143# then press SEND.

 

Text message should be sent to the phone number 4444213.

 

Text Format: Buy pin ProductCode amount CustomerNumber

Dekal: Buy 1234 wifi1d 1 4234567

Digi-Flex: Buy 1234 flex100 1 3474356 

 

  1. Click the make a top up picture
  2. In the recipient box enter the phone number you want to send the voucher to.
  3. Enter pin in the box below.
  4. Select the voucher you wish to send by clicking the matching data credit voucher.
  5. Click Digi-Flex E-Pin for Digicel.

    Click Super Wifi for Dekal.

  6. Go to the amount box and enter how many of the voucher you want to send (example 1).
  7. Press the send button.

 

Digicel allows you to do this by dialling the following from your phone:

*125*CustomerNumber# then press SEND

Example: *125*18763334245#

 

Digicel will respond with a message telling you to dial from your phone: *125*vouchernumber# then press SEND

Example: *125*0872367459187#

 

Digicel allows you to do this by dialling the following from your phone:

*125*ModemNumber# then press SEND

Example: *125*12345678901#

 

Digicel will respond with a message telling you to dial from your phone: *125*VoucherNumber# then press SEND

Example: *125*0872367459187#

 

Call the corresponding customer care, Flow (LIME) or Digicel to see if a reversal is possible.

Be sure to have ready the reference number for the transaction and the correct number to send it to.

Please note Account number is not the customer's phone number but the account number (service number) printed on the bill usually 10 digits long.

 

  1. Text message:

Text message should be sent to the phone number 4444213.

 

Text Format: Pay Pin BillType Account#  Amount CustPhoneNumber

The Customer Phone Number is optional and does not have to be entered especially if you are paying your own bill.

Sending the text message to the customer will serve as their receipt and proof the bill payment was done.

 

Example: Pay 1234 JPS 123456789012 1500 8761234567

 

2. Cliq App: 

  1. Click the Bill Payment image or the word Payment.
  2. Enter the information requested in each box.
  3. Click the Pay button.

 

3. Web Login: 

  1. Click the make a Bill Payment picture .
  2. Enter the information requested in each box.
  3. Click the process button.

 

Payments before 5 p.m. should show on the biller’s account the following day.

Example if you pay before 5 p.m. on Monday it will show on the billers’ account on Tuesday.

 

Bill Payments submitted after 5 p.m. on week days may not register with paymaster until the next day.  It will take 24 hours processing time to show on the billers’ account.

Example if you pay after 5 p.m. on a Monday it registers on Tuesday and shows on the billers’ account by Wednesday.

 

Payments made on weekends and public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Web Login:

  1. Go to My View; Select My Transactions and click the receipt number for the bill payment will bring up the receipt for printing.
  2. When doing the bill payment through a Web Login, after clicking the process button when doing a bill payment online an option should be there to print receipt.

Please note the receiver number must be attached to his/her Cliq account.

 

 

Cliq App:

  1. Click the funds transfer image or the word Transfer at the bottom of the page.
  2. Enter the information requested in each box.
  3. Click the Transfer button.

 

Web Login:

  1. Click the make a transfer picture .
  2. In the first box type the recipient’s number.
  3. In the second box type your pin number.
  4. In the third box type in the amount you want to transfer.
  5. Click the process button.

 

You earn Cliq points by purchasing products with points attached. To see the points attached to a product click here: Products

 

Cliq points are used to calculate Cliq members’ monthly cashback.

1 Cliq Point= $1

If you fall in the range of 0-5000 points, you receive half (50%) of your personal points as cashback.

Cash back is not given to you in hand but added to your Cliq account at the beginning of each month earned from the previous month.

So if you earn 200 points in October at the beginning of November $100 will be automatically added to your Cliq account.

 

Breakdown for monthly cash back:

 

As a Retailer every 100 credit you send:

Digicel: Costs $125, earns 3 points and adds $1.50 towards monthly cashback

 

You build your network by getting persons to sign up and use Cliq. The new person must select you as referrer when signing up by inputting your last name and phone number connected to your Cliq account.

 

It increases your monthly cash back.

Monthly cash back= 50% of your personal points + 0.5% of your network points.

Example:

Personal points= 2000

Network points= 20,000

Cash back = 50% * 2000 + 0.5% *20,000

                   = 1000+ 100= $1100

Larger your network the more you earn.

 

Make contact with Cliq support to unlock your account. 

 

Click the reset password button before entering the incorrect password 3 times.

Please note if you entered the wrong password 3 times your account will be locked.

You will need to make contact with Cliq support to have it unlocked. 

Make contact with Cliq support to provide you with a temporary pin.
