11. Why do I get a duplication message when I try to send direct top up of the same amount to the same number?

 

There is a waiting period in place of 15 minutes for Digicel numbers and 45 minutes for Flow (LIME) numbers.

Options to get around the waiting period:

 

  1. Use a different option to send the credit. So if the first time you used the short command next time use the standard command (buy command) or vice versa.
  2. Send $1 more.
  3. Send $1 less.
